This course is designed for YOU to walk away with a very deep understanding of how your body works, how to add health, how to maximize your life, feel your best and live on PURPOSE.
Classes will be held on the above dates from 9 am to 1 pm EST
Classes will be presented via Facebook live on our private Facebook page, which you will receive an invite the week BEFORE so you can introduce yourselves and download notes.
I will post notes 24 hours BEFORE our scheduled class times for you to download if you wish.
Classes will be approximately 4 hours with room for questions.
